Rachel Bellack is a teacher, an actor and award-winning director as well as a Credentialed Leadership Coach and Organizational Development Consultant. She uses Applied Improvisation and Positive Organization Development approaches to assist individuals, teams and organizations in areas such as innovation, communication, team building, leadership development, culture and change management.
After moving to the USA from Canada, she was invited to join the famed Second City as an instructor at the Detroit Training Center and has served as faculty and guest lecturer at a variety of universities. In addition to her role at The Improv Advantage, Rachel is the Director at Michigan Actors Studio and a Producer at ComedySportz Detroit. In 2018 she was invited to join the Forbes Coaches Council and contributes to their Leadership Channel.
Rachel’s articles on Improv for Business have appeared in Forbes and Training Magazine and she is a contributing author to the book “Words of Wisdom” along with Brian Tracy and Dr. John Gray (2014)
Currently, she is studying Positive Organizational Development and Change at Case Western Reserve University.
