Q: What time should I arrive for workshops/events? A: Doors open 15 minutes before class begins and lock once the event begins. If you show up earlier, you run the risk of being recruited for classroom set up! Please be on time for your workshop. The SheHive reserves the right to turn away attendees who arrive late.
Q: Do you do reserved seating? A: No, but our space is so intimate we can guarantee that you'll be sitting close to your girlfriends pretty much anywhere you sit in our classroom.
Q: Can I bring food? A: We generally provide snacks, but you are free to bring in your own food - especially if you are up for sharing!
Q: Can I bring adult beverages? A: No one here is going to check what's in your travel mug, girlfriend.
Q: Do I need a reservation? A: Unless noted otherwise, we require reservations with advance payment to secure your spot at all events.
Q: Do you do private workshops? A: Yes, we love private parties! Please click here for details.
Q: Is there an age limit? Can I bring my kids? A: We love your kids just like we love our own, but we want to ensure that the SheHive is a safe space where all women can talk freely (i.e. the word s-e-x has been mentioned more than once inside our four walls). So, unless otherwise noted, all of our workshops are designed for ages 18 and above.
Q: Is the SheHive woman-only? A: Unless otherwise noted, SheHive classes are designed to focus specifically on the needs of women. We welcome cis women, trans women, genderqueer women and non-binary people who are significantly female-identified. We will never turn away anyone based on gender alone.
Q: What is your refund policy? A: Refunds are available for most events with 7 day advance notice. See each event listing for details.
SheHive, LLC, reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
