Start your weekend with a healthy dose of mindfulness, intention and community! This 30 - 45 minute guided meditation is followed by a soul-seekers roundtable discussion over tea.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, cushion or blanket.
The first meditation of each month is donation only with all profits going to a scholarship fund to subsidize SheHive classes for women in need of a little extra help.
